Summer camp offers students in grades K-8 (age 5-14) the opportunity to experience the adventures of summer and create special memories exploring the fun of summer through educational, athletic, creative, and social activities in a safe, positive environment. Sports, arts & crafts, STEM, and themed activities are a sampling of what makes this camp fun!
Preschool Summer Camp is available for our youngest students (age 3-5) at one location (Park Meadows)
Dates: May 28th- July 19th (No camp July 4th & 5th)
Time: K-8: 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM weekdays / Preschool: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM weekdays
Cost: $40 per day for students entering grades K-8 (Ages 5-14); $50 per day for Preschool/Prekindergarten (Ages 3-5)

Parent Information Open House
Parents of students enrolled in our 2024 'Sun'sational Summer Camp are encouraged to attend our Parent Open House Night:
- Canyon Springs - April 22nd 6:00-7:00

- Sierra Verde - May 6th 6:00-7:00

Digital Forms
In a hurry? Print the required camp forms ahead of time. Bring those with you the night of your scheduled Sun'Sational Summer Camp parent night and turn them in on your way in the door. The staff at the front desk will have just 1 more form for you to complete that is specific to your family information and then you will be all set.

All schedules are subject to change due to circumstances beyond our control. Please note that the activity calendars only highlight some of the daily activities and do not list every activity.
***We are looking forward to having your child at our camp. We have so many things planned for them. As we gear up for camp, we wanted to share information with you regarding our field trips. To ensure we have enough bus drivers and buses for the field trips, we have deadlines for parents to make schedule changes on field trips days. For each two-week invoice period, we will be closing any changes for the days we have planned field trips. By doing this we will have a student count for vendors and for transportation. After invoice submission, we will not be able to accommodate any scheduled changes for field trip days during the two-week period. Thank you for your support and understanding.***

Changes to Enrollment
If you need to make a change to your summer camp schedule, you can do so after your contract is approved by signing into your Eleyo account at At that time, changes can be submitted for each session up until the deadline shown in the Payment Dates section of this webpage. Full details can be found in the Parent Handbook also available on this page.
After the deadline for online changes, you must contact your Account Representative in writing to make a change. Once a session is invoiced, a change fee will apply. Other restrictions may also apply; please consult your Parent Handbook.

DES Assistance
If you are eligible to receive financial assistance from the AZ Department of Economic Security (DES), you will be responsible for the following, in addition to the family registration fee and per-child deposit:
- Your daily co-pay as determined by DES
- Any difference between the daily rate that is subsidized by DES and our daily rate
- Choose only the days your child will attend camp
- Submit the required documentation

Preschool Summer Camp
Preschool Summer Camp is for our youngest students set in a nurturing environment while providing fun learning experiences based on the same themes as our "big kid" Summer Camp. Preschool campers follow a different activity schedule than K-8 summer campers. Additional information for Preschool:- Open to students age 3-5
- Students age 5 and entering kindergarten may register for either the Preschool camp or one of the K-8 camps
- All students must be fully potty trained
- Located at Park Meadows for 2024
- Weekdays 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Fees
Registration Fee
- $40 per family when you enroll by 3/31/24*
- $60 per family beginning 4/1/24
*All required information/documentation must be received within 72 hours of request or the reduced fee will be forfeited.
Camp Fees
- $40 per day for grades K-8; 3-day per week minimum
- $120 per week for 1-3 days
- $160 per week for 4 days
- $200 per week for 5 days
- $50 per day for Preschool; 3-day per week minimum
- $150 per week for 1-3 days
- $200 per week for 4 days
- $250 per week for 5 days
The Registration Fee PLUS a $100 per student deposit will be charged upon contract approval.

Registration
- Online registration at
- Every student must have a current copy of immunizations on file before their registration contract will be approved
- Once approved, each child's Emergency Information (EIIR) form must be signed before attending. This can be done on the first day of camp attendance (please allow extra time as we expect lines the first two weeks of camp)
- All accounts must be current and in good standing
- A separate registration contract and fee is required for Before & After School Care
- Please register no later than April 30, 2024
Late Registration
- Registration contracts submitted after April 30th will be reviewed for approval only when all previously received contracts have been processed
- Registrations submitted after April 30th may be subject to a late start
- You will be notified of contract acceptance via email, and this will reflect your start date
- Your requested start date is subject to change during the approval process
- A full 3-business date wait is in effect for all new registrations once they are approved. This does not include the day it is processed
