Title IX

Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 (20 U.S.C. §§1681 et seq.) prohibits sex discrimination in education and in employment.

The Deer Valley Unified School District No. 97 (“the District”) does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, disability, or age in its programs and activities and provides equal access to the Boy Scouts and other designated youth groups.

If you believe you have been the victim of a Title IX violation, please fill out and return this form to Joey Ohnesorge.

The form may be emailed to Joey Ohnesorge, mailed to Mr. Ohnesorge's attention at the district office, or dropped off at the front counter of the district office. Mr. Ohnesorge will respond to you within one working day of receipt of the form.
