    High School Drivers Education Program

    Deer Valley Unified School District's Community Education Department offers an approved Drivers' Education program for high school students including behind-the-wheel training for students that are at least 15 years, 6 months of age.  Students must have their driving permit in order to receive behind-the-wheel training. In addition, students must currently be registered in and attending an Arizona high school.  Students who successfully complete the program, which requires 100% attendance, will receive an official Driver Education Certificate which fulfills the state requirement for the Graduated License.
