All schools within the Deer Valley Unified School District are staffed by professional Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses.

Our nursing staff delivers an overall, comprehensive health care program for the school aged child, to ensure healthy students who are at their best for learning and academic success.

Nurses provide quality care and interventions for students with medical and chronic healthcare needs within the school setting. Our care includes servicing the whole child, while looking at his/her physical, psychosocial, and mental health care needs. Nurses are available to assist in providing a safe and healthy school environment for students, staff and our entire school communities.
