Kindergarten Testing

Dear Terramar Families,
The purpose of this assessment date is to gather baseline data on incoming
kindergarten students. Kindergarten teachers and reading specialists will conduct
DIBELS (reading) and math assessments that are otherwise given in the first weeks of
school. Doing these in advance will allow teachers to immediately attend to academic
and developmental needs of learners. The assessments will take about 20 minutes. We
look forward to meeting our 2024-2025 kindergarten students!
