 Adopted Resources

Adopted Resources are materials for teachers and students that support learning of the science standards in a particular grade level or course of study.  All Deer Valley USD adopted resources are research-based and have been selected through a multi-stage process that involves teachers, parents, community members, and administrators.  Adoption committee members examine materials submitted to determine their alignment to science standards/concepts, learning experiences, depth of learning, accessibility for diverse student needs, and scientific literacy before submitting selections to the Governing Board for approval.
