Mrs. Laura Jane Moore - Reading Specialist

Hi, Bobcats! I am excited to be your reading teacher this year. I have been teaching for 15 years, and this will be my twelfth year teaching in the Deer Valley School District. I have experience teaching 3rd grade, 4th grade, 1st grade, and as a Reading Specialist. 
 
I am from Pittsburgh, PA (GO STEELERS!!) but I love living in Phoenix. I enjoy hiking, running, and riding bikes. I have two sons, Jack (5 years old) and Matthew (2 years old).  Jack is starting Kindergarten this year!
 
I can't wait to start another wonderful year! I'm excited to see how much every student will learn and achieve!
