• Welcome to Mrs. Falleur's Classroom!

As your child's special education teacher, I am here to build strong and lasting relationships with your child and family. The importance of creating a consistent, safe, and welcoming environment within our classroom is my top priority. Each student's Individualized Education Plan (IEP) outlines their accommodations and modifications taught in the classroom. With a team of related service therapists and paraprofessionals, students are given the chance to excel in their learning every day.

    Making the Connection

The importance of being connected between school and home is crucial in your child's learning and building relationships between families and teacher. Please feel free to contact me at any time.

Inclusion into the General Education Classroom

Several studies have suggested that special needs students that participate with their nondisabled peers in the typical school settings build stronger academic skills, self-esteem, and social emotional skills. Students have the opportunity each day to participate in an inclusive setting in the cafeteria, recess, special areas, and in the general education classroom with the support of a trained special education teacher or paraprofessional.
