Candice Roa, Candice.roa@dvusd.org, a DVEF 17-18 teacher of the year is a graduate of Mountain Ridge, has been teaching since 2005, and has been in the Deer Valley school district for 12 years, 11 years which have been at Mountain Ridge. She currently teaches Economics, US History, and Government for Mountain Ridge.

 

She has taught ELA 3 & 4, 5 & 6, 7 along with Government, Economics, and US History for 香港六合彩资料 Pathways since its inception in January, 2019.

 

She holds an Undergraduate degree in Secondary Education/History from Arizona State University, and a Graduate Degree in Curriculum & Instruction. Prior to Deer Valley, she spent five years teaching History in South Phoenix. She is certified in Economics, History, Government, and English Language Arts. Ms. Roa has taught AP World History, World History, US History, Economics, Government, ELA grades 7-12, and Law in Society.
