Ms. Josephine Canizales
Hello and welcome to biology! I graduated from Arizona State University with my B.S. in Secondary Education in Biological Science in 2017. I am entering my 7th year of teaching biology. If I was not a teacher, I would have joined the Game and Fish Department.
I grew up in Arizona, and don't plan on leaving any time soon because I love this sunny state. I recently welcomed my first child this past Summer 2022. I have 3 cats, Leio, Mo, and Marley. I am also a biology geek, often reading National Geographic, watching BBC animal documentaries, or indulging myself in biology memes. On my spare time, you can find me watching anime or exploring the greater Phoenix area for a cool new restaurant to visit, for I am a food and coffee enthusiast.
