BCHS Principal's Communication- End of Year Countdown! 5.3.24

Good afternoon BCHS families,

 

We are approaching the end of the 2023-2024 school year!  I am sending out a few brief pieces of information so we can finish this year strong.

For Seniors:

  • Senior finals are May 9th and May 10th. 

    • On May 9th, Seniors will take their final exams in Periods 4/5, 6, and 7. 

    • On May 10th, Seniors will take final exams in Periods 1, 2, and 3. 

    • Our seniors’ school day ends after period 3 and will be released to the practice field for our Parent Association Senior Celebration before leaving campus one last time.

  • Senior Checkout day is May 15th from 8 am-12 pm: 

    • Start at the front of the Administration Office

    • Have your iPads charged and reset (back to the “Hello” screen)

    • Pay all bookstore fines in advance at

    • Students will turn in their iPad, return any books or other outstanding items, and be cleared by the bookstore

    • Students will pick up their legal diploma, receive any earned Renaissance cords, and any other items (i.e., immunization records). 

    • Students will receive their graduation diploma cover at the graduation ceremony. 

For All BCHS Students:

Starting Monday, May 13th, and for the remainder of the school year, Boulder Creek High School students must leave their backpacks, knapsacks, sports bags, or large purses at home. In alignment with other 香港六合彩资料 High Schools, this process helps support a safe and positive end to our school year. Students should only bring the necessities to school. Your student may use a small bag, such as a drawstring tote or a small shopping bag, to carry the necessary items.

For Freshmen, Sophomores, and Juniors:

  • Wednesday, May 15th is a full-day schedule. Final exams will occur in periods 4/5, 6, and 7.

  • Thursday, May 16th is a half-day early release at 11 am. Students will take exams in periods 1, 2, and 3.

  • Students will keep their BCHS iPad over the summer. Keep it safe, and don’t lose your charging brick and cord. All BCHS students will exchange iPads for new Chromebooks in the fall! 

Our BCHS graduation is on Friday, May 17th, at 2:30 pm at State Farm Stadium.  Come out to celebrate the BCHS Class of 2024!   Seating is open, so all attendees are welcome (no ticket necessary)!  State Farm Stadium requires all guests to go through metal detectors, so please remember that as you arrive at The Stadium.
