Boulder Creek High School Graduation Information 2024
May 17, 2024 – 2:30 p.m.

(Doors open 1 hour prior to ceremony)
There is NO clear bag policy, but bags could be subject to search as guests enter through the magnetometers.

Graduation Information from Senior Meetings & Parent Communication
Senior Yearbook Photos:
- Make a Grads Photography reservation for your yearbook photo at .
- Photos must be taken by November 18, 2023. You cannot send them in—they MUST be taken here!
Diploma Names:
- Your diploma name will be the name as it appears in PowerSchool. We request that you double-check your name by logging into PowerSchool from the browser (NOT the app) as we need to have you see your full name. The diploma should have the student's legal name. If PowerSchool is incorrect, please email Tracy Wood at tracy.wood@dvusd.org by the end of November. After that date, diplomas will be ordered and names will reflect what is currently in PowerSchool. If you have any questions, please refer them to Mrs. Wood.
Graduation Products:
- Jostens is the graduation products vendor.

- Cap and Gown and graduation products can be ordered online @ or by calling Jostens @ 1 800 567-8367 or in person at their Phoenix office Address: 114827 N. Cave Creek Rd. Suite #4.
- Graduation products, including caps and gowns. Products will be delivered in early March.

January Senior Meeting Information
BCHS Senior Countdown & Senior Conduct Letter 2024
This information will be shared with our seniors during flex time on January 31st (A-L) and February1st (M-Z):
- Graduation Senior Address Audition March 4, 2024 @ 2:30 PM in the Mini Auditorium. Sign up to audition starting February 2024 at Mrs. Wood's desk in the office.
- Graduation Song/National Anthem Audition March 19, 2023 @ 2:20 PM in the Choir Room. Sign up to audition starting February 2024 at Mrs. Wood's desk in the office.

SENIOR COUNTDOWN INFORMATION
- January 30 & February 1 – A senior countdown to graduation timeline will be provided at the senior meeting held during Flex time (9:20 a.m.) in the auditorium (last names: A-K on 1/30/24 and L-Z on 2/1/24)
- February 7, 2024 - Cap and Gown Pictures during both lunches in the auditorium lobby.
(Cap and gown will be provided. Men wear a shirt and tie. Ladies wear scoop-neck or V-neck shirts.)
- February 7, 2024- Panoramic Picture of all seniors taken in Period 1 in the Gym. Bring money that day. A flier will be given at the senior meeting or to order.
- February 28. 2024 – Graduation Products (including cap and gown) delivered. During Lunch in the Auditorium Lobby
- March 4, 2024 - Graduation Senior Address auditions will be held in the Mini Auditorium at 2:30 p.m. (sign up to audition with Mrs. Wood starting in February)
- March 19, 2024 - Graduation Song/National Anthem auditions will be held in the Choir Room at 2:20 p.m,(sign up to audition with Mrs. Wood starting in February)
- Last week of March/first week of April – graduation information will be sent home via email.
- April 17 & 24, 2024 - FINAL GRADUATION MEETING – Senior meetings will be held during Flex time (9:20 a.m.) in the auditorium (last names: A-K on 4/17/24 and L-Z on 4/24/24)
- May 9 & 10, 2024 – Senior Exams and seniors' last day is May 10, 2024.
- May 14, 2024 - Senior Awards (See counseling for Awards)
- May 15, 2024 – Senior Checkout time/location 8am - 12 pm - Seniors will return their IPADS and be cleared for graduation.
- May 17, 2024 – Graduation 2:30 p.m. @ State Farm Stadium (doors open 1 hour before ceremony)
