• Student Support Services

    Mission Statement:
    The mission of Student Support Services is to provide leadership through coordinated partnerships with students, families, and colleagues by utilizing and developing evidence based resources to enhance supports and services for expert thinking, complex communication and technological advancement in the 21st century educational environment.

    Student Support Services has many areas of support for students that do not fall under special education for example nursing, 504 and counseling. Our goal and outcome is to provide supports and services to students to have high achievement. This is done by providing the following services to help students achieve in school: Counseling; Early Childhood services such as Head Start, Developmental Preschool and Early Entry; 香港六合彩资料 bound services and 香港六合彩资料 Instruction; Nursing services; 504 services (students) and an array of special education services.

    Special Education services are based on the individual needs of a student through the Individual Education Plan developed by a team of professionals including the parents and student. Services are delivered in the least restrictive environment but depending on the student each school has a continuum of services to support the needs of the students. The continuum of special education services range from the general classroom to home bound services.

    If your student is not being successful, contact your child's teacher and discuss your concerns. Student concerns/problems are taken to the General Education Intervention Team, where the team develops intervention/strategies for success.
