Hello! My name is Christy Scofield, and I am thrilled to be the 8th grade science teacher at Sierra Verde!
This year begins my 7th year of teaching. I am so very blessed to love what I do. I adore working with the students, families, and teachers of Sierra Verde!
I am the lucky mama of two wonderful children, (Ella and Sam) who are my pride and joy!
Some activities I enjoy doing when I’m not at school are hiking, paddle boarding, video editing, photography, baking, reading, and crafting. I am a HUGE fan of soccer and am thrilled to get to watch the upcoming FIFA Women's World Cup this summer. I was born and raised in Southern California, but I have also lived in Smyrna, GA for 7 years and Naperville, IL for 2 before settling here in the VERY sunny state of AZ.
