My name is Alyssa Miller and I have been a teacher of the deaf and hard of hearing in the Deer Valley Unified School District for the past 19 years! I'm originally from Washington but I have lived in Arizona since the year 2000. I received my undergraduate degree from Eastern Washington University and my Masters degree from Lewis and Clark College in Portland Oregon. My husband Chad is also a teacher in Deer Valley and we have 3 amazing children. As a family, we love traveling to new places, camping, hiking, and spending time with family and friends. All of my children attend school in Deer Valley and we love the community we live in!
