• Hello and Welcome to Sixth Grade.

    We, Mrs. Kloft and Mrs. Couture, have come out of retirement to teach this year.  We both missed teaching and when Mountain Shadows needed Sixth Grade Teachers, we decided to venture back into the classroom.  We are committed to spending the first quarter in the classroom, knowing we might need to extend our stay if called upon again. (Finding teachers at this time with a teacher shortage,  is a struggle, as you have probably heard.)

    We are excited about working again with our past students.  We have taught this group of students in Kindergarten, followed by third grade, and now we will have the privilege of being their teacher in the sixth grade.   It's always an advantage to students when the teacher already knows their students and they will jump into learning right away.   We look forward to our time with you...again!
