My name is Jennifer Becker and I am looking forward to guiding your child to great learning this year here at Park Meadows!!!
I have been a teacher for 26 years, 16 years here at Park Meadows. I started my career being a teacher for students with special needs. I taught 4th grade for 2 years. I also did 6 years of teaching Kindergarten, including 4 years of EL Kindergarten. A few years ago, I decided to go back to special education, which is where my heart lays. I am extremely excited to start this new year's adventure, helping your child learn and achieve their goals. I love sloths and can't wait until my fall break when I will be traveling to Costa Rica and visiting the sloths in thier natural environment!! When I am not teaching, you will find me lost in a book or binge watching new favorites on Netflix, or camping up North with my family. I have a 16, almost 17 year old daughter who loves to dance. She has been dancing since 4 and has been on many competetion teams throughout her dance life. Yes, I am a Dance Mom and love it. She makes me proud to watch on a stage! My family has a Boston Terrier named Jazzy (short for Jasmine, a huge bunny named Theo and a hamster named Gamora.
