    Parents and students now have access to real-time information on grades, attendance, comments, assignments and scores directly from the teacher's gradebook via the PowerSchool web portal and free smartphone app (see below for links). Parents may monitor their child’s academic progress and even register to receive immediate alerts specific to their child. All that is needed is a private login code which can be obtained by stopping by the front office with a photo ID during normal business hours.     
     
    No longer do parents need to wait for Parent-Teacher conferences or for progress reports to be sent home to know how their child is doing in all of their subjects. As soon as a teacher enters a grade or a comment into their gradebook, you will have access to it. 
     
    And through the online account information, a parent can even have updated grades and reports sent directly to their email by following these steps:
     
    Once you , click the  Email Notification icon on the left side of the page
     
    Then you set up your parameters
