Fall  Parent-Teacher Conferences

Dear Parents and Guardians:

In order to meet the needs of our diverse population of students and families, we are scheduling team conferences for Thursday, October 6^th from 1:00-4:30 pm with parents of students for whom we have academic or behavioral concerns.  

If a scheduled conference is needed, teachers will reach out to you. Teachers will not be available from 4:30-5:00pm  on 10/6 while they take a break for an early dinner. 

We will also have an Open-House from 5:00 – 6:45 pm

Parent Teacher Conferences are in person, however, Zoom can still be an option for those parents that prefer to have a virtual conference.

If you are not available on 10/6/22 and would still like to meet with the 8^th grade team, please contact Mrs. DeGeorge at milissa.degeorge@dvusd.org to schedule a conference.

Please note: Mrs. DeGeorge will not be available after 4:30pm, if you need a conference with Mrs.  DeGeorge specifically, please contact her directly to schedule a conference before or after October 6^th.

Additionally, we have email conferences available for any parent unable to attend conferences.

Since students are at the center of the learning process, the 8^th grade team requests students to attend conferences with their parents.
