• Hello!  My name is Ms. McGinn and I am so excited to be your child's first grade teacher. First grade is a big year of growth.  You will see your child going from reading simple sentences to reading full paragraphs.  My teaching philosophy is to focus on each student's needs to differentiate learning so that each child's special qualities are encouraged and celebrated.  Together, let's make it a great year!
