Hello Union Park families!

   As you see, my name is Nicole Rider and I'll be teaching 5th grade. Though this is my 2nd year at Union Park, this year will be my 8th year teaching 5th grade. I absolutely LOVE teaching and can't wait to meet your kiddos!

   A little about me- I was born here in AZ, but lived most of my life in South Carolina. I moved back here in 2013 with my husband and son. I graduated from Grand Canyon University (Lopes Up!) in 2015 with a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education. 

   When I am not teaching, I like to spend time with my husband and son playing board games and video games (yes, I am a gamer). I like spending time with my furry babies, Buddy (dog) and PJ (cat). I also LOVE to read and LOVE to watch sports (Go DBacks, Cardinals, Coyotes, Rattlers, and SC Gamecocks!)
