Hello everyone! My name is Grace Tomasek and I will be your students' teacher this year! This is my first year teaching Headstart and my first year here at Village Meadows Elementary School. I graduated from the University of North Texas with a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education: Core Subjects Early Childhood-6th grade. My husband and I recently moved to Phoenix from Texas last spring and we love it here already. In my free time I love to go thrifting, try new coffee shops, paint, and spend time with family and friends.

I love teaching because it is so rewarding to see children learn and grow, and I am so honored that I have the privilege of working with your students each day. I value parent involvement and believe that working together helps ensure your child's academic success. Our class will be filled with so much fun and learning, and I can not wait to start this year together!
