Sign In and Gate Procedures
Thank you for contributing to the safety of your children by respecting Village Meadow’s office sign-in and gate procedures! It is imperative that we know who is on our campus at all times when children are present. We appreciate your support in helping us make all students and parents feel safe!
Here is a review of the procedures we have in place for your children:
• During the school day, volunteers sign in the office and enter school to complete their duties.
• After school, teachers escort younger students, who are picked up by parents, to the front gate and parents wait for their child on the outside of the gate
• If you need to make emergency after school arrangements with your child, please call the office @ 602-467-6300 by 3:00 p.m.
